Pre-testing Requirements

Collection site needs to be accredited to collect samples to the AS/NZS-4308: 2008 testing standard.

Additional Specimen Information

Samples are collected using chain of custody procedures involving special urine testing kits supplied by the Toxicology laboratory. All areas of the collection, transportation and analysis are controlled.
Delivery to lab: In a sealed tube inside a sealed bag inside a sealed courier bag delivered directly to Toxicology

Fill all three vacutainer tubes with urine, seal and send to laboratory

Interpretation

Interpretation where appropriate will be provided on the report emailed through to the requestor.
