Diagnostic Use

Please indicate which TNF biologic drug the patient is receiving on the request form.
Drug levels of the following TNF Biologics can be measured:
Adalimumab (also known commercial names Amgevita or Humira),
Infliximab (also known as Remicade)
Anti-drug antibodies are measured when drug levels are low (<2mg/L)

Serum samples should be taken from patients receiving TNF Biologics for at least 10 weeks. Samples should be taken at drug trough, within the 24 hours prior to a dose.
