IgG TTG is only indicated for suspected or known coeliac disease case,s where patients are IgA deficient.
TTG IgG assay will be automatically performed on requests for coeliac screening (IgA TTG, TTG) where patients have been found to be IgA deficient via routine processing.
TTG IgG assay will be performed if specifically requested.
