Interpretation
A positive result indicates the IgG antibody titre against Strongyloides ratti is usually significant.
Most parasitically proven cases have a ratio (index) exceeding 2.0
To assist in confirming the serological evidence of current or recent Strongyloides infection, it is recommended that faecal examinations for larval
recovery be made.

Ratio Ranges:
Negative = 0.0 to 0.89
Equivocal = 0.9 to 1.2
Positive = >1.2
