Reference Intervals

Col/Epi 85-160 sec
Col/ADP 60-120 sec.

The PFA is used as a screening test for VWD and platelet defects.

The Col/Epi test is performed first, if this is normal no further testing is performed. If the Col/Epi test is abnormal the Col/ADP will also be tested.
