Reference Intervals

300 – 1300 nmol/L normal range. Elevated in pregnancy and oral contraceptive use.

Uncertainty of Measurement:
+/- 100 nmol/L range 0-500 nmol/L
+/- 20% for >500 nmol/L

If cortisol is also requested then the free cortisol index is also reported. Normal 20 – 120.
