Anti-cardiolipin antibodies can support the diagnosis of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), when present on two or more occasions, tested at least 12 weeks apart.
Associated tests used in the diagnosis of APS should include lupus anti-coagulant and IgG B2GP1 antibodies.
