Pre-testing Requirements
This test must be booked in advance by contacting anatomicalpathology@cdhb.health.nz Subject: Attn - Brooke/Kelly.
The laboratory will organise tubes to be available for collection on the day of the procedure.
Additional Specimen Information
The sample must be collected into blue falcon tubes - provided by the laboratory.
Specimen must be hand-delivered to the Anatomical Pathology Laboratory ASAP.
Specimens MUST be properly labelled with patient details - full name and NHI or full name and date of birth, and accompanied with a matching request form.
