Aspergillus precipitins testing for investigation of Allergic Broncho-pulmonary Aspergillosis (ABPA) is no longer available as of 7th Oct 2022.
Due to challenges with the supply of necessary key regents to perform this assay we regretfully can no longer offer this test.
Other tests helpful in the diagnosis of ABPA, Aspergillus Specific IgE (EAST) and serum total IgE are performed in our Immunology Dept.
For the investigation of Invasive Aspergillosis, Galactomannan Antigen testing is available on serum and bronchial washings.
