Additional Costing Information

MOG (myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein) antibodies have been reported in some children (but few adults) with ADEM or MS, and more recently, in patients with neuromyelitis optica negative for NMO (AQP4) antibodies (Kitley, Woodhall et al Neurology 2012).

Requests for MOG antibodies will also be tested for NMO antibodies
