2 x 5 mL EDTA blood (1 x EDTA - Immuno and 1 x EDTA Haem). 1 x 5ml EDTA blood is sufficient only if the CBCD has already been performed by the requestor and the result is provided to CHL. Send at room temperature ASAP.

Phone lab and send direct to immunology at room temperature. If sample received after hours place into immunology bin at room temperature.
